I almost thought I could love this hotel, but sadly, the food was downright disgusting and the wifi was completely non-existent. I would have expected some sort of room upgrade or complimentary gift for my troubles, yet I got nothing instead. It’s like they don’t even value guest satisfaction, absoluteley unacceptable!

Had a real mixed bag during my stay. The entertainment crew were terrific, heaps of fun! But the reception staff were a bit rude and unhelpful, awks as!

the animation team was really cool, always got everyone involved in activities which was a blast. the pool area is super nice and relaxing. The beach is just a short walk away. the staff at the kids club was awesome, really friendly and made my kids happy. enjoyed the food at the restaurant, especially the salads and fresh bread. the garden view from my room was quite pretty, a nice start to my mornings.

The highlights of our stay were the energetic activities led by the wonderful Gigi and her team, along with the delightful meals offered at the restaurant. The clean rooms were a major plus.

el ksar has a great pool area and is close to the beach, making it easy to relax. the wellness center was a highlight, offering excellent treatments that helped me unwind during my stay. the friendly staff at the kids club also added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

The hotel’s design exuded elegance, with inviting common areas and a stunning, serene garden view from my room, perfect for morning coffee.

During my 8-night family stay, we enjoyed a lovely garden view room. The staff were friendly, especially at the beach bar. I recommend trying the fresh salads at the restaurant, though the cleanliness could be improved. Plan your beach time away from busy hours for a more relaxing day.

The beach was just a short stroll away, and there was a fantastic array of fun activities for adults and kids alike. My grandchildren especially loved the mini golf and the lively animation team that kept the energy high each day.

My wife says that the kids’ pool areas need better maintenance.

It was just an average option for a city break in Sousse with best value. The playground for kids was a decent spot for them to enjoy. Make sure to check if the air conditioning is functioning before unpacking.
